Tina Marie May

Greetings Family, Hi I'm Tina Marie May, daughter of Willard May, Sr, granddaughter of Joseph May, great granddaughter of Sam May and great-great granddaughter of Theodore May.

I have three children, Kela LaNae Johnson, Takia Nikol Vance and Coree James Sherard and I am the proud grandmother of 11 grandchildren.

I was born in Monroe, Louisiana and raised in Delhi, Louisiana. I graduated Delhi High School in 1974 and joined the United States Army in 1975 where I remained until I retired in 1996. Upon my retirement I returned to Delhi and later moved to Monroe, LA where I currently reside. I am employed at Bastrop High School where I teach Army JROTC.

I believe the May Family is a gift from God. Given our roots I believe that my great-great grandfather and grandmother relied heavily on God for guidance in beginning an interracial family at a time where it was taboo. I am proud to carry the last name of May.

Hello Family, my name is Demetria Parker. I'm from the Sam May Branch. I'm the Daughter of Carrie May Parker and the Grandaughter of J.B. May Sr. I have 3 Daughters Kendria, Amanda and Whitley. I also have 4 Grandchildren, 3 girls DeZire, Briana and Lailya and 1 Grandson Brailyn.

I work for the Delhi Charter School and also work at CDF Healthcare part time. I'm a member of Mt. Sinai Baptist Church. My hobbies are hanging out with my family, shopping and watching my favorite tv shows.

Hello Famiy,

My name is Joseph Wayne May, Great Grandson of Sam and Carrie May, Grandson of Joseph Howard and Betty Irene Buckley May. The son of Willard and Martha Roberta Knox May.

I am married to Beverly Tillery May. Together we have two children Kameshia Rochelle May and Joseph DeShaun May and one Grandchild, Jordyn Lamaya Bruce.

I would like to welcome all of the descendants of Theodore and Minerva Carvandish May to our 2017 Family reunion. See you soon!

Gloria Irene May

Hello family, my name is Gloria Irene May and I'm the daughter of Willard May Sr and Marth Knox- May. I'm the mother of three children, proud grand of eight and six great grandchildren.

I resides in Monroe, La. I am employed as a personal care assistant, a member of New St. James Baptist Church in Richwood, La under the leadership of Minister William Armstrong.

For the love of Children, I'm also known as "Granny" to all kids around me.
